YOU WILL PAY A LATE CHARGE AND YOUR LEASE COULD BE IN DEFAULT. This is because it costs us 5% in administrative fees to use PayPal .... and there is a holding period of up to one week before we can access the funds. Meanwhile the owner of your rental will become upset at not receiving the payment on time.
