Working closely with our Property Managers, he is scheduled by appointment to handle work orders for the maintenance owners have approved of. Some of our repair jobs are assigned to Licensed Vendors* like plumbers or electricians, however John is very able and qualified to repair most building needs and he makes sure all work is done right the first time.

Jermaine has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager, as he has demonstrated the required skill to work with people and follow through on commitments. Jermaine also manages all of our 90 Day and 180 Day Inspections*. Takes photos inside and outside, plus writes a compressive report which he emails to owners with his recommendations. He then coordinates with the APM or Property Manager assigned to the owners file to get a full report with photos to our owners in a timely manner, to ensure we always have good communication with our owners. His report will give recommendations of any maintenance needed with estimated cost if any. -don Sr.
